Ultrasound Screening Training
Glasgow Caledonian University, School of Health, are pleased to offer two focused courses in Obstetric Medical Ultrasound commissioned by NHS Education Scotland.
A CASE accredited award of ‘certificate of competence to practice’ in 1st trimester ultrasound screening with NT measurements (to participate in combined 1st trimester screening). As a minimum entry criteria, candidates must be health professionals currently registered with HPC/NMC/GMC. This course is also suitable for practitioners who already have a PgC in obstetric ultrasound but who did not undertake any practical education in undertaking NT measurements or those that have been trained previously in undertaking NT measurements but now require a refresher course.
